We got seated really quickly, and the games loaded up fast too. that’s all I was really looking for, so I feel like it was totally worth going.

I was disappointed. About half the games didn’t work or were glitchy, which made the whole experience frustrating. I also couldn’t shake the feeling that they were trying to sneak in extra charges somewhere, so I left feeling suspicious about the whole thing

I like the app overall, but something about the game selection just feels a bit limited. After a while, it starts to feel like I’m seeing the same kinds of games over and over, and I really wish there was more variety. It’s not bad at all, I just feel strongly that adding more options would make the whole experience way better

I was sure the rewards program would be worth it, and after going a few times, that definitely feels true. I just load my card, play a few games, and somehow end up with solid perks without really trying. Every time I go with friends, it kind of proves my point that it’s a better deal than people might expect.

I was—i was really glad the prices were clear before I bought credits. There weren’t any weird surprise fees at checkout, which made it way easier to plan the night with my kids

They had some cool prizes, which made it feel like there should’ve been way more stuff on the shelves, but the selection seemed kind of limited. I still liked looking around, though I guess if the prizes are good maybe the shelves don’t need to be totally full? Not sure, just felt a little empty to me.

Went here with friends and I’m 100% convinced this is exactly the kind of place you go when you want a fun night without overthinking it. The atmosphere was so good, loud, but in the best possible way, with a ton going on and a really easy vibe. We could’ve stayed there forever, honestly

It’s a fun place if you’re in the mood for energy and chaos, just not somewhere I’d pick if I actually wanted to relax and catch up with friends.

I ordered from Dave & Buster's at first I was really happy with how easy everything was. The food, drinks, and game card info all looked clear and matched my receipt, which was a relief because I hate when online orders get confusing. Then I got a little annoyed because one of the side items wasn’t what I had picked. It wasn’t a huge deal, but still kind of disappointing in the moment. Luckily, the staff fixed it quickly when I asked, so that made me feel better. Overall, it was a good experience, just not completely perfect
